CathyOur studio offers a wide range of group fitness classes and are taught by certified instructors that are educated, personable and care about your health and fitness goals.

When people see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’re getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party.
